1. insert thumb above eye socket
2. push vary hard against said eye socket
3. use force to hold down since their will be struggling
4. finish with a kick to a face
5. get a sandwich
6. eat sandwich
7. hide body
8. deny ever seeing said body
9. move to mexico

Cancer and Nancee
